Thirdpart House is a property situated in Crail on Scotland’s Fife Coast. The house can often be subjected to cold and wet weather brought in from the North Sea. The upgrade to double glazed windows will markedly enhance the quality of insulation and protection from the elements.
Thirdpart House is a good example of a very large double glazing upgrade project. A total of twenty four new, double glazed windows were fitted in a range of styles that included 6/6, 1/1, 12/12, and 3/3.
Each window was newly manufactured but old casings were refurbished and upgraded to work with the installation of the new double glazed units. High quality ironmongery was installed throughout the property and each window was weighted and re-roped accordingly.
